What time is the check-in time and where can I collect the keys?
Your holiday home check-in time is 4 p.m. on arrival day, and the check-out time is 12 noon on departure day. Contact the caretaker 1-2 days before arrival to arrange for the key. The caretaker will leave the key for you in the key box (the caretaker will give you a code to the key box), or the key has to be picked up from a pre-arranged location.
What is included in the rent?
Holiday homes are rented by self-catering principle. At the holiday home there is a starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, and detergents. Guests are required to provide bed linen and take care of end cleaning, unless they are not included in the rental price. Check from your booking confirmation if they are included in your contract. The holiday homes also contain a basic dining service and cookware. Firewood is included in the price unless otherwise agreed.
How will I find my way to the holiday home?
Your booking confirmation will include driving instructions. Just follow the directions and you will find the way to your holiday home.
What does end cleaning mean in practice?
If you wish, you can order end cleaning in advance and enjoy your holiday until the last minute. The price of end cleaning varies from home to home from c. €50 to €170. If you wish to take care of end cleaning yourself, please note that the following tasks will be completed: carpets and floors are vacuumed and wiped with a damp mop, the sauna facilities and toilets are washed, tables and worktops are wiped with a damp cloth, the kitchen is cleaned, the stove, microwave oven and fridge are washed, the dishes are washed up and placed in their proper places, and garbage is taken to a waste container.
Are pets allowed in the holiday home?
You can bring a pet to your holiday home only if it is allowed. If you wish to bring pets with you, a separate agreement on this has to be made with ProLoma Oy. In some holiday homes there is an extra charge for pets. In homes labelled No Pets Allowed pets are always prohibited.
What do I do in possible problem situations at my holiday home?
If you encounter a problem in your holiday home, contact the caretaker immediately so that the possible cause of the problem can be fixed during your stay.
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must always be given in writing (e.g. by email). Before the due date of the preliminary invoice, it is possible to cancel the booking free of charge. If you cancel your booking after the preliminary invoice due date, but before the due date of the final invoice, you will be charged €12 office fee and €30 cancellation fee.
